We all need recharging at some point in our lives - Reiki gives you the means to recharge your own batteries, renew your energy and totally unwind. A Japanese healing treatment given by a gentle flow of universal life energy (the same energy that makes us live, breath) through my hands to you; whilst only acting as a channel for this energy, I place my hands in various position on or over your body; that will help to still your mind, calm the emotions, heal your body and awaken your spirit, bringing inner peace, profound relaxation and healing on all levels.

 

You will remain fully clothed and may be seated or lying down. It can be felt as gentle warmth, chill or tingling sensations in my hands of which you may experience. You may not feel anything and experience Reiki visually and see colours in your minds eye or experience the deep sense of calm and relaxation that Reiki brings.   

It induces a deep sense of peace, calm and relaxation during and after a treatment; leaving you feeling more balanced and harmonised.

Reiki often succeeds where other therapies have failed and is a complementary therapy that works effectively alongside orthodox healthcare; it is not associated with any religion, faith or other groups.
